If you return any product we will credit your account providing that the product is returned in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging. Return of an item is either at your cost or we can arrange collection for a fee that will cover our costs. If the item is faulty or we are at fault, we will despatch any replacement goods and collect the goods at fault free of charge. Please contact our customer service department quoting our invoice number and reason for the return before returning any goods. Products that cannot be returned or cancelled. Cut lengths of fabric, trimmings, linings, made to measure, paint to order and any other item customised for you. Cancellation of Orders If the order has not been processed in any way we will accept cancellation. Should we have processed your order then normal returns policy applies. Fabrics and Trimmings Please note when you order a piece of fabric, trimmings or lining, that this is not inspected prior to shipment. Should you require it to be inspected, please order a cut length. Please inspect prior to cutting, we cannot accept any responsibility once cut. Photography Photography is for guidance and we always recommend selections should be made from point of sale available. Invoices and Payment Our trading terms for account customers are invoices dated 20-19th of the month are due for payment on the 10th of the following month. Invoices and statements will be sent by email, requests for posted invoices and statements will incur a nominal administration fee.
