Brackets

We have brackets for every window scenario. Here’s a rundown of their usage to make sure you and your pole get the support you need…

• Passing bracket – allows special passing rings to cross over (see below for more info)
• Recess bracket – fit wall to wall (no finials required)
• Extension bracket – projects out further to avoid objects below the window line.
• Adjustable brackets – adjustable projection for uneven walls
• Double bracket – holds up two poles (one in front of the other)
• Ceiling/ Top Fix bracket – Brackets that attach to the ceiling

How many Brackets

Standard length poles – We usually recommend 2 brackets on poles that are 180cm and under in length.

Longer length poles – Any poles over 180cm or in two pieces, will require a 3rd center bracket for extra support on the pole join.

Bay Poles – When fitting bay windows, you will need a standard bracket in the centre and each end of your bay and then passing brackets to support each corner. Passing brackets will only work with passing rings

Acrylic Poles – Acrylic is slightly more flexible that wood or metal, therefore we would advise that all lengths (120cm, 180cm and 240cm) have 3 brackets.
