Refund Policy

Refunds will either be credited back to your Jones account to use against future orders or refunded to your bank account on request.

How long does it take for a refund?

Once we have received the goods back in our warehouse you should expect a refund within 5-7 working days. If you have any further queries please contact Customer Services.
